Slow You move through the forest. You linger at one or another place and have the opportunity to To perceive nature in peace. Your Blood pressure can decrease, your Heart beats calmer . The Soul is slow - here in the forest it can finally be that again. If you like, you can come into contact with a tree or with other plants. Perhaps a meditation here will do you good. You can let your tree call you. The Tree can become your mentor.

We learn to be completely with ourselves: and practice with meditations, soul journeys, yoga, perception exercises, breathing exercises, etc.


Registration is possible for individuals, families and groups.


We meet on

early morning or early evening and in the darker season during the lunch break

in a forest area around Rheda-Wiedenbrück. This gives you the opportunity to either start the day relaxed and full of positive energy or to relax and recharge your batteries after a busy day.
